Yesterday, I spotted a very interesting notice from the Management of a commercial building (near Metroview Condominium) at Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur.I just couldn't imagine what has causes the Management to put up such notice that says: 'do not urinate or shit in this area'. They must have been experiencing something really bad.
Would anyone urinate or defecate at public places like this? How uncivilised people can be...disgusting!!!
Anyway, will this notice make any difference to the people whom committed such act? I do hope the Management can catch this person and stop such incident to happen again.
